I have over 40 years combined experience in the Mental Health Field and as as professional Life Coach. I have a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Professional Certification as a Life Coach through the International Coaches Federation.

As a former Psychotherapist and a trained Life Coach, I have extensive training and experience with life-changing techniques. You and I will create the skills and the necessary steps you need to reach your potential and be successful.

I am a member of the International Coaches Federation as well as the National Association of Social Workers.

My training and certification as a Personal and Professional Life Coach are through Accomplishment Coaching and the International Coaches Federation.
